Christian Jepsen, chairman on the Board of Directors. Christian Jepsen has served as a member and vice-chairman on the board of directors during 16 years at the Danish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (Lif). Through-out 7 years he has served a position as chairman on the board of directors at K.V. Tjellesen A/S. Christian Jepsen has had an international carrier at 3 big pharma companies, latest as CEO at Glaxo in DK. Furthermore, Christian Jepsen has earned several international degrees, e.g from the London Business School, INSEAD and Queens College Cambridge. Christian Jepsen’s primary focus will be strategy and execution, including the continuing growth of QAtor and further internationalization. |

Jakob Rybak-Andersen, has 10 years of experience from venture capital, the telecommunication industry and consulting. Before joining Via Venture Partners in 2006, he did acquisitions and business development in Danisco A/S. Prior to this he participated in the development of Danisco Venture as investment Director, was VP of Strategy, Sales and Marketing in Sense and Site Communication AS in Norway and was mobile PG manager in Mobilix. Jakob has also been involved as an associate with McKinsey & company.
While with Danisco Venture, Jakob held directorships in CatchMabs B.V., WellGen Inc., TMI Europe SA, and Jurag Separation A/S.
Jakob holds a M.Sc. Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Major in Finance from HEC in Paris. |

Eigil Pedersen, vast experience within private and public finance and investments. Among others, he has held prominent board of directors positions at Copenhagen Exchange, now OMX Nordic Exchange (Københavns Fondsbørs), and VP Securities Services (Værdipapircentralen), as he has also served as a judge at the commercial court in Denmark (Sø- og Handelsretten) for more than two decades. |
